This two bedroom, 52 sq m apartment is ideally located and completely furnished including an equipped kitchen, A/C, private bathroom, WiFi, TV and balcony with a panoramic view of the endless blue sea, surrounding mountains and magical sunsets. It is easy to arrive here and travel around the island! We recommend these accommodations to guests who appreciate nature and have their own automobile for transportation. There is a traditional tavern next door. Free public parking is located close by.

Il Residence Euriale è raggiungibile per mezzo di una strada non asfaltata di circa 1 km. Il Residence dispone di parcheggio privato gratuito. Godrete di un panorama mozzafiato che spazia sul fantastico Mare Egeo e Monte Athos.

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Το διαμέρισμα 80τ.μ που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο της οικίας μου στα Λιμενάρια της όμορφης Θάσου(περιοχή Άρμενο).Απέχει 200 μέτρα από οργανωμένη παραλία.Πρόκειται για έναν πλήρως λειτουργικό χώρο,κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει μια πολυμελή οικογένεια. Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από μια σαλονοκουζίνα,2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Διαθέτει:ΤV,wifi,πλυντήριο,ψυγειοκαταψύκτη,κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. To μπάρμπεκιου λειτουργεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε Πευκοδάσος,σε ήσυχο περιβάλλον με απεριόριστη θέα.Βρισκεται πανω απο το κέντρο του χωριού όπου μπορεί να βρει κανείς οτι χρειάζεται και θέλει!Σούπερ μάρκετ,εστιατόρια,φαρμακεία,μαγαζιά.. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: Εχει απεριόριστη θέα, δίπλα σε δάσος, ειναι αυτόνομο διαμερισμα σε στυλ vintage με τουαλέτα,κουζίνα και free wifi. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).

SeaShell 2 Apartment

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

This is a new (finished June '18) two-bedroom apartment above Atspas beach in Skala Marion, Thasos. The apartment is 5 minutes away walking to the beach, local restaurants and taverns, and a supermarket. You will love the apartment for the spectacular breathtaking view from the balcony and from the house’s interior. You are going to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and if you are lucky, be able to watch the dolphins that pass by.

Το διώροφο πέτρινο κτίριο που κτίστηκε το 1890 αποκαταστάθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως μόλις πρόσφατα, βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Λιμένα, στις παρυφές της Ακρόπολης, σε απόσταση λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Λιμένα στο παλιό λιμάνι, κοντά στον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της αρχαίας Θάσου, το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.
