Kindly read full description below 🙏🏽 💛 Enjoy the peaceful village of Mili and stay in our beautifully renovated traditional stone house, where rustic charm meets everyday luxury. 📸 To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you provide a photo of your valid photo ID upon arrival for tax filing 🚗 Transportation is required to get to and from Mili. The house is in a small village, so you’ll need to drive to the beach and nearby towns. We’re happy to recommend car rentals!

Blue Garden 3

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Seaside Pefkos House

Στην όμορφη παραλία του Πεύκου βρίσκεται το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό μας! Αποτελείται από ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνας, μοντέρνο μπάνιο, ενώ στην σοφίτα βρίσκεται το υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερις επισκέπτες. Η αυλή του το κάνει μοναδικό για χαλάρωση και γαλήνη ακούγοντας τον ήχο των κυμάτων και απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα της θάλασσας! Green Door Guesthouse

Welcome to your home in Pythagoreio on the beautiful island of Samos. The guesthouse is located at the top of a lively street, just a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of the village and the charming seaside. The apartment includes a double bed, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for couples or solo travelers. Please note: due to its location, you may hear some daytime street noise but the convenience and character of the location more than make up for it!

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
