We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Cozy Condo in Cascade Village

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. NOTE- NO A/C.

Riverfront Cabin 7 - Pet Friendly - Hot Tub Access

Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Charming, unique and private studio with king size bed, queen size futon, kitchenette, bathroom and dining area on a beautiful private, horse ranch JUST MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DURANGO, DURANGO HOT SPRINGS AND PURGATORY SKI RESORT. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. We are open to having children. Please! Take some time to relax and unwind at the Bear Cave nestled in the San Juan Mountains. This location provides the perfect home base for all of your outdoor adventures whether skiing, kayaking, or hiking it is all within reach. When you are ready to unwind in the evening, there are plenty of local restaurants and breweries to explore. This condo is located in Cascade Village, which is 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Please note, the condo is not located in downtown Durango.
