Κοντά στο κέντρο και την παραλία Ποτάμι. Δωρεάν πάρκινγκ, παρκοκρέβατο, κατοικίδια δεκτά. Στον 1ο όροφο με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο κατοικούν οι ιδιοκτήτες. Αποκλειστική χρήση όλων των εξωτερικών χωρών.
