House 20m from the beach(Syros island)

Enjoy the unique experience that the location of this summer house offers you,just in front of the beach, relax on the large veranda with the sea view and swim in the clear Aegean Sea. The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. There is a bus stop near the house and connection between Hermoupolis(the capital town), the port and other villages and beaches. Feel like home and enjoy your stay at my place !

Aegean View Seaside Home with Sea Access

Idyllic hillside location by the coast with magnificent endless views of the blue sea! Fully equipped two-room apartment, with exit to the courtyard with BBQ. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

To Sea Secrets - Μυστικά της Θάλασσας, είναι ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα 25τ.μ., σε ένα ήσυχο στενάκι του γραφικού χωριού Κίνι, που απέχει μόνο 30μ. από την παραλία με το πορφυρό ηλιοβασίλεμα, τα εστιατόρια και τις καφετέριες. Θα βρείτε (4) δημόσια πάρκινγκ σε απόσταση 100μ. από τον χώρο μας. Απέχει 100μ. από την κεντρική στάση των υπεραστικών λεωφορείων και από το τοπικό Super Market. Απέχει 7χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Ερμούπολης και το Αεροδρόμιο της Σύρου.

Comme un village, cette fermette, Loukoum vacations, au sommet d'une colline, restaurée par ses propriétaires, architecte, paysagiste, scénographe propose "Balcony" une des 4 dépendances (Voir aussi MARINA, FLY, MÉTÉORITE). Piscine 8.5X3.5, beau jardin 11.000m². Au milieu de l’lle de Syros, plages à 4 km. Vue imprenable sur collines, Ano Syros, mer, Tinos, Mykonos. Calme total, voisinage lointain.

Cozy διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης

Ένας ζεστός ανακαινισμένος χώρος με μοντέρνα αισθητική σε κεντρική τοποθεσία της Ερμούπολης με σύγχρονες παροχές και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Μόλις 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι και 10 λεπτά από την πλατεία Μιαούλη. Ιδανικό για εσάς που δεν έχετε αυτοκίνητο ώστε με ευκολία να εξερευνήσετε την καρδιά του νησιού. Αποτελείται από μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι 160x200, έναν ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνα με έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων.

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Το κατάλυμα Dominic Near The Port βρίσκεται 30 μέτρα από το λιμάνι. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες, ζευγάρια, οικογένειες που δεν θέλουν να έχουν μεταφορικό μέσο και να μπορούν με άνεση να κινούνται με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες όπου η μία έχει διπλό κρεβάτι και η άλλη αποτελείται από δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Διαθέτει ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό.
