Situata in una zona tranquilla del piccolo borgo de La Caletta di Siniscola, a soli 500 mt. della caratteristica spiaggia di San Giovanni e dal centro del paese, la casa, della superficie totale di circa 120 mq e con ingresso indipendente dall'ampio cortile privato, arredata a nuovo, può ospitare comodamente sette persone. Cortile privato di circa 70 mq attrezzato con doccia, barbecue e arredi per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Deposito per tavole da surf, bici, scooter, moto. Sogg. min. una sett.

Located in La Caletta, a few metres from the beach, Giobo Mare features one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (convertible into a double upon request), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate laundry room. Outside, you’ll find a large patio complete with a bbq, dining table, chairs, and a private parking space. Thanks to a cosy sofa bed in the double bedroom, Giobo Mare can accommodate up to five guests—making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends.
