You are close to everything by car, and next door is the newly built bike path for a leisurely ride to Newport Waterfront! **The unit was just freshly painted this off-season 2024**

Sweet Retreat by Mt. Hope Bay!

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

You will have a 1,000 sq ft open floor plan apt decorated with original, local art. The open concept layout has a private bedroom with an additional open air suite.
