The Yates Cottage

Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and has spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows. Other amenities are a screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Enjoy this piece of waterfront heaven with a rare private sandy beach and pier. Relax on a huge deck and watch the dolphins, eagles, ospreys and more. The same views can be enjoyed from almost any room inside the house. You'll find a well stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of comfortable beds for 12 people. Within 25 miles you can find several ferries to take you to Ocracoke, Cape Lookout National Seashore, Shacklesford Island and Portsmouth Island. 1GB internet service.
