Welcome to our super cute cosy cabin situated in the gardens of our home with it’s own separate entrance. We are very close to Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside and 20 minutes from the city centre, making it an ideal location to explore the beautiful city of Edinburgh and the East Lothian countryside. An ideal base for couples & families, close to Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat and with lots of lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance. We welcome well behaved dogs, kids & their owners!

It Has private parking Just 30 minutes by bus from Edinburgh city centre, and 5 minutes walk from Portobello with its stunning beach and promenade, and excellent bars and restaurants.

Beautifully decorated and exceptionally bright and sunny loft apartment, fully equipped with all the essentials you will need to have a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. This 2 bedroom apartment has the unique addition of a large west facing roof terrace with beautiful sea views. The roof terrace also has a picnic table for outdoor dining in the sunshine! Situated next to the beach and with a bus stop just outside for quick travel to the city center. Free and unrestricted on street car parking.

Flat in quiet neighborhood with good bus links

You will have the entire flat for use by yourself as I will likely be out of the city however there will be one room out of bounds (my own bedroom.) Only one guest is allowed in the property at any one time. This is to do with with licensing and insurance purposes and any guests found in breech of these rules will have their stay cancelled. No loud noise or parties in the flat. There is free parking on site and a bus stop around the corner with good links to the city centre and Leith.

Guest Favourite Petite Studio 2 min walk to beach

This handsome 19th-century Victorian house is situated on one of the most exclusive streets in Portobello. It offers unusually flexible accommodation, an enviable beach-side location and is close to all the towns amenities. The apartment is clean and has been furnished with all the comforts of a home away from home. This exceptional house has three apartments for short-term let and all of the apartments are well equipped and completely self-contained but can also be let together.

Stylish flat in period home by the beach

Enjoy this peaceful, stylish space - a newly renovated artist-designed apartment set within an historic 200 year old townhouse, 50 yards from Portobello beach - Edinburgh’s famously fashionable seaside. You’re also only 15 minutes from the city centre by car and there’s plentiful public transport. Portobello is a thriving, highly desirable neighbourhood, with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and independent shops. Our apartment has its own patio with views onto a park and the sea.

Edinburgh seaside historic home

Welcome to my home, right on Edinburgh's seaside! My apartment is a traditional Victorian building, a 60 second walk to the beach and the Promenade - Portobello is the place to be if you want to experience more local life and enjoy the sea air and many brilliant restaurants, bars and shops whilst still being very close to the centre. Several direct & quick bus services to the city centre stop right across the road departing and arriving very regularly. Hope to hear from you!

Bijou by the beach

Beautiful one bedroom flat in Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside town. Ideally located for a relaxed stay and long walks on the beach, Nicola and I have lived here for 10 years and think it’s the perfect place to stay in Edinburgh. Only a short bus or taxi ride into the heart of the city, Portobello is the best of both worlds. To get to the beach just walk under the bridge and straight down Brighton Place and Bath street. It’s a 7 min walk.

Annexe Apartment. Extended & Converted Garage

New conversion 2 minute walk to Brunstane train station then a 7 minute journey to Edinburgh Waverley city centre, trains are every 30 minutes into town. Great Lothian Regional Transport (LRT) buses nearby as well. A lovely 20 minute walk into Portobello for loads of bars and restaurants plus the bonus of being right next to the beach. About 30 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful golf courses in Scotland.

The Back Flat - Private flat in Georgian home

GREAT VALUE! Cosy flat with own entrance 5 minutes from beach, shops and buses into City Centre. A clean and safe hideaway in a lovely garden located in the heart of Portobello - Edinburgh's best kept secret. Fully equipped kitchen, shower/wet room and very comfy king sized bed. It's the perfect base to return to after a day of exploring the city or the beautiful East Lothian coastline.
