Top moderne Villa mit faszinierendem Blick auf das Meer, die Bucht La Cinta und den Tavolara. Ganzjährig nutzbar durch beheizbaren Salzwasserpool, Klimaanlagen und Fußbodenheizung. Seit Juli 2023 ist unser wunderschönes Haus fertig. Es erwartet sie eine gemütliche, modern ausgestattete und luxuriöse Villa mit kleinem Garten und einer traumhaften Sonnenterrasse, auf der ein 4x9m großer Salzwasserpool mit Gegenstromanlage zum Schwimmen einlädt. Genießen sie die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

La suite è formata da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato e un giardino curato nel quale è situata la vasca idromassaggio ad uso esclusivo. L’alloggio è totalmente indipendente. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato per creare un'esperienza visiva pura, priva di distrazioni, che induce una sensazione di relax immediato come in un’oasi di pace.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
