PICCOLO appartamento su due livelli di recente ristrutturazione. L’appartamento è composto al piano terra da un piccolo soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto (due letti singoli, il secondo è estraibile), mentre al piano primo si trovano la camera matrimoniale con balcone e il bagno; è inoltre dotato di ampio spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo con bbq privato. Posto auto riservato. Piscina condominiale con apertura stagionale. L’appartamento è dotato di Smart Tv (no antenna) e pocket Wi-Fi.
