In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine,also few minutes walking from the apartment. Chic Waterfront 3F Studio in Historic Home w/ VIEW

This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire top floor (three floors above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped. Sea front studio is ideal as the comfortable place for sleep over and breakfast at own terms for up to 3 people. This well used 22 m2 is ideal for a couple with a child or three young friends whose mind is set on exploring Montenegro. This fully functionally studio just arrived on the market in June 2022 after full renovation. Proximity of the small grocery store, ferry, two bus stops and three pebble beaches makes it a great sleepover place.

Top floor - beautiful sea view

Relax in the best beachside apartment on the top floor. You'll see beautiful views of the sea and Porto Montenegro. The beach is very close, only 30 meters away. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with everything you need to make meals easily. There's also free parking, and you can walk just 100 meters to find different restaurants. The lively center of Tivat is just a 10-minute walk away, so you can easily go explore.
