Lovely 2 bed apartment set in a quiet residential area only a 5 minute walk from promenade restaurants and cafes. If your looking for a quick swim you can use the pool on site or walk down the road and swim off the jettis or small local beaches. Kotor old town is under 10 minutes by car and within 1km you'll also find a grcoery store and a great bakery . The location is special not only because it's proximity to the Old town and seaside but it is set on a hill so the views are AMAZING.

Beautiful and functional one-bedroom apartment located at only 1 km from the spectacular Kotor Old Town and 10 minutes ride by car to Perast. It features a very well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, secure parking, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and comfortable bed. It is located in a quiet residential area with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the neighborhood. The flat, which draws attention with its architecture in harmony with the texture of the region, is also very close to the important tourism centers, airport, beaches and marinas of Montenegro. You can have a pleasant time in the existing pool in the common area against the sunset. It will give you a perfectly peaceful holiday with its nature and silence. Tivat and Kotor are 10 minutes away by car. Budva is 25min away by car. Close to all touristic areas and shopping centers.

Penthouse view across this stunning bay

Beautifully positioned in an elevated location above the bay, we are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A small supermarket, the waters edge, several bars and restaurants are just minutes away or just relax on one of the sun loungers on your private terrace or around the pool. Kotor and Perast are only 10 minutes away by car. Boka Heights is a well maintained complex. The residence is ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat.

Amazing view Penthouse - pool and free parking

This unique place has a style all its own. Sunny and panoramic penthouse offers the most spectacular views of Boka Bay. D&S studio with a pool

D&S studio with swimming pool on the property is located 1.9km from historic old town. Building is constructed on sunny and quiet side of the bay. There is private balcony ,free wifi and parking on property. Studio is on 2nd floor. The pool is available from 1st of may to 10th of october. The apartment is close to the old town and the promenade with a restaurants, swimming area and in a place far from crowd and noise of the cars.

Stolywood Apartment

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.

Posto Capitano 0202- Studio With Terrace and Pool

These completely new apartments were made in july 2017 and have everything guests may need for a perfect vacation.The location is great.Apartments are just 10 min slow walking from the Old Town of Kotor and just 2 min walking from the sea.There is a private parking in front and a private pool for guests. Wi fi is strong and guests can drink wine on a beautiful private terrace in front of the apartment.
