Welcome to our high-tech renovation of a traditional Sardinian "Stazzu" (farmhouse). Using a contemporary style to blend with the wonderful wilderness all around, our house is set in an oasis of calm just 3 minutes away from the shopping, restaurants and bars, and features a panoramic view of the mystical island of Tavolara. A sophisticated underfloor heating and cooling system makes it the perfect place to be all year round. With wonderous beaches just minutes away, dream holidays start here.

It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni).
