We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Martine is eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf Ihrer Homepage gibt sie die besten Tipps für ausgehen, Restaurants, Strände usw. usw. Wir haben all diese Informationen sehr geschätzt. Martine war jederzeit für weitere Fragen erreichbar. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich von Martines Freundin Carla empfangen. Die gesamten 4 Wochem in Follonica waren herrlich. Wir haben Wohnung selbst, die Lage der Wohnung und die Stadt sehr genossen. Eine Kleinigkeit, die wir zu Ende Oktober vermisst haben waren wärmere atmungsaktive Decken. Alles andere war perfekt. Daniela ed Eleonora sono delle host accoglienti, disponibili, gentili e reattive. Si sono dimostrate flessibili sia nell'orario di check in che di check out. Daniela ci ha dato consigli utili sulla zona ma quello che si percepisce è l'attenzione verso l'ospite: noi ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. L'appartamento è in ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi, è pulitissimo, ben organizzato, perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione e dotato di tutto. Saremmo potuti partire con il solo spazzolino e non ci sarebbe mancato niente. Il benvenuto che ci ha organizzato Daniela è stata una coccola che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We enjoyed walking down to the water and going to the many available restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Quando siamo arrivati con il traghetto siamo stati accolti calorosamente dall'host che ci ha accompagnati fino alla casa, molto vicina al luogo di sbarco; ci siamo subito sistemati comodamente e abbiamo anche ricevuto dei consigli su cosa poter fare nel pomeriggio e dove andare a mangiare! Orari del check in e check out assolutamente flessibili e comodi senza fretta e noia nel dover trovare una sistemazione per i bagagli; Nel complesso anche l'alloggio, seppur raccolto, è stato molto accogliente e con ottima vista sul mare! Se dovessimo tornare all'isola non ci sono dubbi su dove alloggiare!

Abbiamo trascorso una rilassante settimana, tutto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. L'unico punto debole della casa è il bagno molto stretto e la scarsa copertura di alcune reti telefoniche molto debole, risultato poi tutto superfluo perché abbiamo usato spesso la doccia esterna che è calda e molto comoda e le due TV della casa in alcuni momenti di riposo. I punti forti sono l'aria condizionata, l'ombrellone con sdraio compresi, proprio dietro la casa e tutti i confort che si possono trovare per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. La casa e' veramente graziosa, comoda a due passi dal centro, da' sul passaggio pedonale ma non è rumorosa, e sulla spiaggia è il massimo per godersi il mare. Lo straconsiglio.

Maurizio war ein super Gastgeber, hat uns von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt uns alles gezeigt und uns sogar geholfen einen Roller zu mieten. Sehr proaktiv und gleichzeitig professionell. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, Einkaufen und Cafés sind direkt um die Ecke.

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s beautiful apartment. The location in Castiglione is perfect, with the beach in 150m walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable with real duvets. The heating was a real treat in winter. Everything was squeaky clean and very well equipped and Elisabetta was a friendly and responsive host who thought of everything up to dog beds and treats for our dog. We will be back for sure.

La casa ha una posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia ed è fornita di tutti i servizi, incluso il wifi (comodo poiché non c'è molta copertura di rete in zona). Cinzia è stata molto gentile e reattiva, anche quando abbiamo dovuto ritardare il check-in per un imprevisto.

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casina di Tiro ed è stata una gran bella esperienza. La prima sera è finita la bombola del gas, non solo Giuseppe si è precipitato a sostituirla, ma ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Che dire? Crediamo che non avremmo potuto trovare un host migliore.

Fantastica vacanza Mattia è un super host, la casa è spettacolare e dotata di tutti i confort Molti pulita ed accogliente e’ in una posizione strategica sia per andare al mare che per visitare i meravigliosi ed antichi borghi toscani Non dimenticate di visitare il parco della Maremma con la splendida spiaggia di Marina di Alberese A Castiglioni della Pescaia ci sono ottimi ristoranti sia di pesce che di carne Da provare! Ara Macao e’ una casina deliziosa che ti invita a ritornare ……. Ed è gestita veramente bene da Mattia

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen, denn wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber haben uns persönlich begrüßt und waren jederzeit mit dem Handy zu erreichen. Auf individuelle Wünsche wie eine Zwischenreinigung wurde direkt eingegangen. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern. Die Möbel sind neu, die Betten bequem und die Küche optisch schön gestaltet. Toll fanden wir auch den Balkon, den zusätzlichen Wäsche-Raum, das Smart-TV, schnelle Internet und die Klimaanlage/Heizung. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Bei längeren Aufenthalten wären weitere Geschirrtücher, Topflappen, Auflagen für die Outdoor-Möbel und Sofa-Kissen schön. Follonica ist ein süßer Ferienort - im Oktober prima für lange Strandspaziergänge und um bekannte Orte in der Nähe wie Volterra/Pisa zu entdecken. Leider wirkt Follonica selbst zu dieser Zeit etwas ausgestorben, da einige Restaurants und Bars schon komplett geschlossen haben. Danke an Dario & Debora! :-)

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Mauro hat uns persönlich empfangen und viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Er ist super nett und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Stadt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

La posizione della casa è perfetta, vicino a tutti i servizi, al centro e alla spiaggia. La casa si commenta da sola guardando le foto. Anzi, abbiamo trovato un appartamento con una quantità di strumenti, spazi, arredamento che dubito sia rintracciabile altrove. Lati negativi: Nessuno.
