Porto Downtown Penthouse w/ private terrace

This charming suite is on the 3rd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

With an excellent location in the heart of the city, and only 180m from City Hall, from here you can easily walk to the main attractions of the city. Its high ceilings, with beautiful wooden beams, gives it a very special charm! It was decorated and equipped with great dedication, always thinking about the well-being and comfort of guests. Our beautiful sunny studio apartment is located in the heart of Porto, with all landmarks at walking distance. Right between two beautiful gardens - Jardim da Cordoaria and Jardim das Virtudes, with the coolest venues in downtown just a step away. This 35m2 studio has a generous balcony with chairs and a table for you to enjoy the river view. It's a small open space apartment (shower is also in an open space) in the 2nd floor (no lift) perfect for a romantic getaway.
