A beautiful summer apartment with a unique sea view a few meters away from Askeli Beach one of the most beautiful of Poros Island. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious, and sunny, decorated with love we managed to create a very relaxing and comfortable setting. Its lovely wide terrace with the captivating sea view, the colorful garden, adds a sense of tranquillity and relaxation. For the hot summer days, all 3 bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans. Ideal for family-friends vacations as well as romantic getaways. An island that combines sandy beaches with beautiful forest scenery. The location is 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes with the bus to the centre of Poros. Explore the village, take long walks by the sea, dine in the traditional Greek taverns, take the scenic traditional boats to explore the island. Poros Island is serviced by both sea and road routes from Athens.By sea (from the port of Piraeus you can reach the island in little over an hour using the fast flying dolphin & catamaran services, alternatively driving from Athens to the coastal town of Galatas (where car ferries service the island every 30 minutes) can be achieved in 2 1/2 hours.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Recommended for 2 adults & 2 children or 4 adults. Not accommodating 2 couples or infants (0-2) The Suite is a 45 m2 luxury loft apartment with amazing view of mountaintop Palamidi fortress. It boasts minimal styling with equipment from well-known designers. This loft has interior stairs leading to the roof top floor which has 2 connecting bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Easy access to the local beaches, the historical center, restaurants etc. Everything within walking distance.
