Outdoor porch and deck are perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Waterfront with pier, dock, our home and grounds are nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek between the Intracoastal Waterway and Run of Little Creek tidal creek and across from Eagle Point Golf Club. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing for fun. Bicycle and walk on our quiet, dead-end street. Privacy and nature, yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, boating opportunities. Nearby is the historic city of Wilmington on the Cape Fear River. Parties and events are not allowed.

With renovations just completed in December 2025, everything in this home is brand new, clean, comfortable with every last detail designed for enjoyment and functionality. “Pages Creek Paradise" offers beauty, peace and recreation in a serene setting with mature trees, privacy, and beautiful water views. This 3 BR/2 Bath home is convenient to the beach (15 min) dining, and shopping(3 min).

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Scott's Hill Guest House

This charming 2 bed/2ba is a two-story guest house that sits in a quiet, well-established neighborhood that backs up to the beautiful Abbey Nature Preserve. Guests love strolling the scenic trails, visiting the turtles in the pond, and occasionally spotting deer nearby. There is a porch swing for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Convenient parking is available right in front of the house, with easy access to the backyard and deck for relaxing outdoors.

This studio guest house has a private entrance. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker with a grinder with coffee for your stay and cups for the morning cup of joe.
