Overlooking the Lockwood pond and gardens in the heart of Historic Downtown Covington, our one-bedroom one bath apartment is close to many key Vampire Diaries filming locations. It's only a 7 min walk to the historic town square, 0.6 miles from Piedmont-Newton Hospital, 1.8 miles from Oxford College. Off street parking is available in the driveway. The apartment is located behind the main house and up a flight of stairs. Sorry, not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children!

Welcome to Lockwood Home of one of the founding families in Mystic Falls, you'll be adding yourself to the guest list with the likes of Damon and Stefan Salvatore, Matt Donovan, Jeremy Gilbert and Tyler Lockwood! The entire property was an authentic stage set for the hit television show The Vampire Diaries for eight years. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

From oversized paintings seen in the Salvatore and Lockwood mansions to a screen-used Mikaelson coffin reupholstered in red velvet and mounted in the living room, the experience is designed to make you feel less like a viewer and more like a character within the story.

This unique place has a style all its own. This tiny jewel has taken on the theme of Hollywood of The South as numerous TV shows and movies have been and are still being filmed here. The whimsical decor makes you smile. The owners live in the main house and are available should you need anything. This is a very beautiful and SAFE neighborhood that is walking distance to the town square.
