Our apartment is part of a house that counts 4 flats. We are at the last floor, so with the best view! We have direct access to a courtyard where to relax and enjoy the sun, and our apartment is about 180 square meters. . . Enough for you? Notre appartement fait partie d'une maison qui compte au total 4 appartement. Nous sommes situés au dernier étage, et avons une vue dégagée sur le parc Alquier Debrousse, des arbres, et des espaces dégagés. Nous avons un jardin commun en bas de la maison!

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
