With an expansive deck and newly added bar, this home is setup for proper rest and relaxation. Updated in 2026, the home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one large bath tub, one walk-in shower). Just 2 mins into downtown Curtis, and 1 mile from ORV/snowmobile trails- it's the perfect home base for day trips to the UP.

Maple Leaf Cottage - a stay for all seasons

Curtis is less than 5 miles. Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

Nestled only a few miles from the Village of Curtis, this property has 133 feet of lake frontage and scenic western views. The shoreline is sandy and perfect for swimming. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the screened in porch attached to the cabin. There’s a fire pit right out front with firewood available on premise. Relax and destress.

Directly on South Manistique Lake in Curtis, with panoramic water views from every room and a private beach. Fall turns the far shoreline gold and the lake reflects all of it. Walleye and perch fishing picks back up in cooler water, and Seney National Wildlife Refuge is 20 minutes away when the sandhill cranes stage for migration. Two master suites with private en-suites, a third bedroom, and a loft. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8. Sled and UTV trails run from the property.

The Lakeview Cottage

Lake front, walking distance to Hunt & Fish Shop, gas station, and food. Main floor has 2 bedrooms. Second floor loft 2 bedrooms. Total of 3-Twin, 2-Queen and one sofa bed. One twin and a queen are on the first floor. Please consider there are Very Narrow steps to 2nd level. Cottage isn’t childproof. Cottage isn’t suitable if guest has mobility challenges. Lake dock is shared. Tall side to get into the soaking depth bath tub/shower.

Crystal Springs Cottage

Crystal Springs Cottage will draw you in with the best lakeviews, sunsets, and sandy beaches right on Main Street Curtis Mi. This cottage is special with its history, old wood charm, stone fireplace and excellent fishing off the dock. Plenty of home, yard, deck and parking space with a private setting too. Home is fully stocked, clean and cozy. We are ready for any season. Ask about our R.V hook up on site too for exta charge.
