Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Short walk to the river for that impromptu kayak/tubing trip. Short walk to downtown Kent shopping and night life. Beautiful parks, Kent campus life, enjoy it all here at base camp. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, fully remodeled interior. Large deck/patio. Laundry room. Refinished eat in kitchen. Mid-century modern decor throughout. 1.5 bathrooms. Queen bed in the two bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy a good book in the front room.
