Cosy Brera. Charming Stylish Apartment in the Heart of Milan

Great location in the center of Brera - very walkable next to lots of beautiful shops, cafes and the park. The apartment had a nice layout and was comfortable for our stay with our baby. The apt faces an inner courtyard so there was not a ton of sunlight but overall we enjoyed staying there.

Giorgio's apartment is a wonderful pied à terre in Milan! It is was such a pleasure to wake up in this bright and cheerful apartment and look out the windows to enjoy a beautiful view of the skyline. The interior is very comfortable, making guests feel at home. The location of the apartment is ideal: surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, close to both train stations as well as metro and tram stops, and walking distance to the city centre. Giorgio and Mario are fantastic hosts: kind, considerate, rapidly responsive and extremely willing to help with any issues that arise. I would definitely recommend Giorgio's apartment for either short or long stays in Milan.

Charles is a great host. He was very proactive, helping us get parking for our car and also leaving a welcoming basket with local products in the room. The place was great and had everything we needed. It's a pity we could only stay one night. I will definitely recommend Charles and his place.

Stylish & Quiet Central Apt + AC and 2 Bathrooms

My wife and I just returned from a week in Milan with our three kids (6, 3, and 1). Anna Luisa’s flat was perfect, and she was super helpful. Anna Luisa provided recommendations for activities with the kids, restaurants, and other sites of interest, and she was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. The flat had plenty of room for our family (two older kids shared a bed and our youngest in a crib in our room). It was convenient to walk to many things around town, and we loved having Princi bakery right downstairs. The Lanza metro station and Milano Cadorna station (to get to and from the airport) were both easily walkable, so it was simple to get wherever we wanted to go. This was the perfect home base for our first time exploring Milan. Everyone had such a good time that my 6 year old was already planning our next trip to Milan before we even left. Highly recommend!

This place was very cozy, clean, and quiet. Close to all the attractions also. Doris was very kind and responsive the whole time . Only thing to note is you have to walk up ALOT of stairs . I think this is mentioned though.

Our stay at Sheila’s place in Gaggiano was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped — exactly like in the photos, if not even better. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and available whenever we needed anything. The location was also great — a peaceful area with easy access to Milan. We highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back!

It was great to stay at Pierre's place! At a central location yet peaceful enough thanks to doubled(!) double window, I enjoyed active-packed yet feel-like-home stay in Milan. Pierre was very friendly and always proactive if I stay at his place with ease throughout my stay. 100% recommendable!

The location of the apartment is very convenient. It's close to a park, various cafés and restaurants. It's also not far from the city center. Just a perfect location — close to all the main spots in Milan, yet not too busy or noisy right near the apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful: cozy, bright, and warm. It's very clean. There are two bathrooms, the ventilation works well, two full-size comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a heated towel rack — all of which are very convenient! Overall, it’s a truly pleasant place to stay, offering both comfort and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the trip!) A special thanks to Marko for being so responsive, great communication, and for the recommendations of places with delicious food. Marko and Chiara are fantastic hosts and very pleasant people! When I or my friends come to Milan again, we will definitely choose Marko and Chiara’s place once more. Thank you so much :)

Fabio was extraordinary friendly and gave us as well interesting stories about Milano as also a lot of usefull tips what to do and where to go to and where to eat. The Appartment is nice and very comfortable and would have had space for more than 4 people. The appartment had everything we needed and some more nice features, which due to lack of time we could not use (such as e.g. the whirlpool). The appartment is located close to the nice area of Navigli and has some interesting and also good restaurants in every price category around. As we did not have enough time for this beautiful city, we already decided to come back soon and hopefully we will have the chance to again stay at Fabio. Thanks Fabio for everyting !

One of our best air b n b stays. Great location, lots of space, clean and quiet. Easy to get to the sights by metro and the meeting spots for our day trips. Wonderful extra touches with snacks and drinks which my kids enjoyed. Vikki was very nice and kind. Highly recommend this to anyone coming to Milan.

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica durante il nostro soggiorno a Lainate! Mi trovavo a Milano per la Fiera di Milano e la posizione era ideale: tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina alla fiera, il che ha reso gli spostamenti molto facili. L'host è stato molto accogliente e attento, la comunicazione è stata rapida e chiara. L'appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato ed esattamente come nelle foto. Ho apprezzato in particolar modo l'atmosfera locale: una bellissima zona con ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa in fiera. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un'alternativa tranquilla e confortevole al caos cittadino, ma con facile accesso a Milano!

Great stay, handy location for the metro to go in to Milan. Spacious accommodation and had everything we needed, incredibly well stocked kitchen and also lovely welcome package of essential food which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Un séjour absolument parfait! Logement situé à proximité du charmant quartier de Navigli. Le centre historique de Milan est très facilement accessible par le tram (ligne2) et un arrêt de bus se trouve à quelques pas du logement. L’appartement se situe dans une jolie résidence, accès sécurisé et très calme. L’appartement de Piero est très agréable, petit jardin privé, bel espace de vie, cuisine bien équipée & literie confortable. Piero a la gentillesse de laisser à disposition tout ce qui permet de cuisiner & petit déjeuner, on se sent comme chez soi! Une très bonne adresse que je recommande.

This is a unique and spacious apartment that’s located on the second floor of an old flat that’s an 8 minute walk away from Porto Venezia ATM train station. All that is to say, this was a cozy stay that was conveniently located in central Milan. Luca was proactive and very responsive as well! The full kitchen and in suite laundry are a plus! Note: the apartment’s main operable windows face an interior courtyard and a blank wall so it’s not a space that boasts wonderful views of the city. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

location was perfect for getting around with one of the main lines right at the end of the street. apartment was comfortable and had good storage closets and bathroom space. grocery store very close too! no dryer so be prepared to hang your clothes but that's the way you do it in Italy! Rocco and his daughter were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I would rent again for sure!

Beatrice和她的父亲热情的接待了我们，我们是来米兰开展会的，这所房子让每个人惊讶，娱乐设施很多，房间宽敞明亮，床很舒服，展会后一天能解除一天的疲劳，有燃气可以做一些家乡的菜肴，旁边有超市步行就能到达，我们整个团队一致决定两年后还会来到这里居住，让我们有家的感觉，强烈推荐!

Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again
