Sunset River Cottage

Our quaint little River House rests on the beautifully natural marsh grass banks of the Whale Branch River in a quiet rural neighborhood. It is located only 9 miles from Historic Downtown Beaufort and 15 miles from Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Hunting Island State Park's sandy beaches, nature tails, and lighthouse tours are a scenic 40 minute drive away. You can swim, fish, kayak or go boating right from the dock in our own back yard. When you arrive; you won't want to leave!

Savvy Black Private King Suite with Den

1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from nextdoor. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not suggest booking this. 15 minute drive downtown. OTC 022724

This clean, comfortable 2100 sqft, unique 2 bedroom Lowcountry home is on the New River surrounded by 1000’s of acres of old rice fields, marshlands and wildlife. It is well appointed with vaulted ceilings and windows galore to capture the view of the water and sunsets. There are 6 decks to sit, sun, grill, dine or swim. Breakfast, snacks, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, grill, 2x patios and fire pit w/ wood are included! The place is set up so you'll feel at home, including items for kids and pets with NO pet fee. This comfortable townhouse is a great spot to explore the local area or for those just passing through. NOTE: 6/11/25 Broken sofa bed. There is a blowup mattress and the couch for now.

Laid back guest house located close to the marshes and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet, serene locale with private entrance, large yard and relaxed interior that includes a queen bed with a desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many bird species and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. Feel free to enjoy the fire pit and private yard...laundry available on site as well.

Private 3 bedroom house

Great off street parking. Minutes from Airport, Gulfstream and 15 minutes to Downtown Savannah. Nice safe neighborhood. Fire pit with large fenced in backyard, perfect for small gatherings. Shore Power for RV Cam Lock Hook Up and 5 minutes to camping world. There will be a pet fee of $25-$50 based on pet size. This fee will be added once you book. We apologize if this turns anyone off but it takes on average another hour and a half to cleanup afterwards.
