Seddon is an inner city suburb with a friendly demographic that enjoys the cafe and coffee culture. There are small parks speckled throughout the suburb and people will always greet you with a smile as they pass you by. If you have a rental car, you can park about 20 meteres away from the apartment with no restrictions.
