Fun Ocean Oasis: Pelican Place - Prime Daytona

Plenty of parking for a trailer for Bike Week! We are OPEN to accepting pets but please message before booking to discuss. The front yard has been completely re-landscaped with loads of upgrades! Fully stocked 1950's Bungalow, 75" TV with lots of streaming options, & most importantly 1 block from the beach in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. Walk out the front door and you're 100 yards from the waters edge and a 3 minute walk from your local Starbucks. It doesn't get any better than this.

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Take a quick stroll to Port Orange's famous ice cream shop, Neighbors or All Children's Park. Perfect for families looking for a fun, comfortable coastal getaway.

Heated Pool house 4 miles away from the beach

Newly renovated and located in a prime location. This is a great spot for your vacation. We are only a 10 min drive to the Beach and less than 15 min to international speedway. This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! There is a fire pit in the backyard that leads out to a swing set, cornholes, and a screened in Heated pool with fun floats. The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.

"Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.

Relaxing Tropical themed pool, spa with grilling area and tiki bar. Private secure parking space near detached suite with gated entry code access. Centrally located to all main area attractions and events. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. House guests must have only registered guests on property, any violation causes removal and no refund. Only 2 miles to beachside. Our home away from home resort is the perfect place to find peace, tranquility and a short stay getaway.

Port Orange Proper

The Port Orange Proper has everything. DOG friendly, NO Cats Please. Dogs have to be fully house trained and owners need to know their limitations. $50.00 fee per Dog. Holidays and Special Event Bookings will not be refunded if not cancelled 30 days in advance!!!! Centrally located between Daytona Beach, New Symrna Beach and downtown Flagler Avenue. Bring your boat and your Bike. Plenty of parking for Trucks and Trailers. MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND MINDFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS!!!

Little Blessings. A Home not a Hotel!

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!

The Lemon Cottage -NO EXTRA FEES

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed.
