Estratégicamente ubicado, ideal para teletrabajar gracias al WIFI súper rápido, este apartamento permite disfrutar de unas impresionantes vistas de la ciudad tras un día agotador, así como del confort superior de un espacio moderno y sofisticado. «Debido al Covid-19, hemos ampliado las labores de limpieza general y estamos teniendo mucho cuidado en desinfectar entre estancias las superficies de contacto frecuente». The accommodation, which has a tourist license, has a very modern style and consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen, a double bedroom with washbasin. It also has a very large terrace with spectacular views of the Plaza Europa. The living room is equipped with every comfort, a very comfortable and elegant sofa, a giant screen TV with 4K 55 "with pay-TV channels (NETFLIX) and football. There is also free internet with fiber optic and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, microwave, large oven, hob, fridge and washing machine. Regardless of length of stay, an invitation for a light breakfast in included. My apartment is very bright with lots of sun and a splendid terrace with a table for 4 people for breakfast , or anything you want to do ... It is a perfect place to relax in an atmosphere of silence ... ( Sun shines 340 days a year ) jjjj The apartment is a penthouse 5th floor , but there is a lift We have 2 wonderful rooms : - A room with a large window (natural light and sun) direct access to the terrace + very comfortable double bed super comfortable , a wardrobe where you can store your clothes and belongings .... also air conditioning and central heating .. . - A living room with a super comfortable convertible sofa bed ... easy to open and fold !!! room have cable TV , air conditioning and central heating, beautiful wood table for 4 people ... the room has plenty of natural light and sunshine, with direct access to the terrace... ( super good ! !) - The bathroom is completely clean ,(super important for me and mi people) with shower and bath, toilet complete with everything you need ... of course be given a set of 2 towels for each of you ... - The kitchen is completely new ( newly renovated ) : has electric stove, oven, microwave , glasses, plates and everything you need to complete FULL EQUIP kithchen ... - whole apartment is very clean and well maintained ... This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).
