You get 1850 sq. feet of house with a 2 car garage and garage door opener, it's 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining area, cable tv, wi-fi, office area, washer/dryer, central air & heat, all electric no gas connection worries, fenced in back-yard, about 1 mile from the interstate. Yoga mats and blocks. The bathroom has a 42" wide shower with an extra large rainhead and an 8 jet spa tub. Long private driveway to park your truck, boat or trailer. Home has plenty self care essentials and things like breakfast bars, oatmeal, grits, bottle water, tea, coffee and hot cocoa. No cleaning fees!

Studio Apartment in a Great Neighborhood!

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

The Outback studio

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest studio. Completely free standing and private for quiet stay. Outfitted like a hotel room there is a queen bed, bathroom, living area and kitchenette with private driveway. There is a 12 and one miniature oven that includes an air fryer feature, a blender and hot plate as well as a complete plate and utensil set. Simple meals will be easy to prepare. If more is required, just ask.
