You get 1850 sq. feet of house with a 2 car garage and garage door opener, it's 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining area, cable tv, wi-fi, office area, washer/dryer, central air & heat, all electric no gas connection worries, fenced in back-yard, about 1 mile from the interstate. Close to popular restaurants and shopping mall. All inclusive you bring your food and your clothes!

Nederland,TX Pet friendly without the fees. Location matters! Nice,safe area,walking distance to Dornbos Park. Located in Nederland, a great little town between Beaumont & Port Arthur. House has a primary bedroom: king bed & ensuite bath. 2nd bedroom: queen bed. 3rd bedroom:2 twin XL beds. Den: Sleeper sofa. 2nd bath at the end of the hall. Sleeps 8 with no extra fees per person. Smart TVs. Wifi, no cable. The indoor fireplace is not listed as an amenity because it is not usable at this time.

Cheerful 4 Bedroom with Pool and Outdoor Oasis

Perfect home for active families in historic neighborhood. Outdoor entertaining space is perfect for kids and adults including a pool, play-set, outdoor kitchen, dining, living, TV, Tiki hut, swings and hammocks! Can accommodate two families. Master and guest bedrooms have queen beds. The bunk room has a full-over-full bunk with a twin trundle. The space room's full bed fits two astronauts. Bonus room with a full size daybed is the perfect kid hangout! Two car garage with Tesla charger.

Centrally located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, The Nest is within walking distance of a grocery store, library, and park. Starbucks and Chick-fil-A are ~1 mile away! When you stay at The Nest, you will enjoy a clean and comfortable space for yourself or a small group of 2-4 people. Each room has a full size bed. We are approximately 0.6 miles from Rogers Park and provide easy access to Highways 90 and 105 as well as Interstate 10. Our home also features a fully functional kitchen stocked with all essentials.
