The suite at Eze village Sea View

Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Découvrez un appartement entièrement rénové au design provençal & modern et entièrement climatisé, entièrement équipé et situé au dernier étage d’une ancienne résidence niçoise avec ses hauts plafonds et ses grands espaces. Profitez de la terrasse exposée plein sud au pied de la colline du château avec un petit verre de vin et admirez le typique coup de canon à 12h.

Very bright and cozy loft nested on last (6th US) floor with a lift in an historic building (with a lift) just a stone-throw from the Old Harbor. The unit is oriented East and offers unobstructed views on the Old Harbor, Cap de Nice and the sea that you can enjoy from the patio, the sofa, the dining table or even your bed. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.

This apartment should enchant you: - located in the port with sea view / close to old Nice - quiet (top floor) - connection "Airport <-> Port-Lympia" in 30 min by Tram - super U (-> 9 p.m.)/ greengrocer/ pharmacy/ bakery (50 m) - bus No 100 for Monaco (5 min walk) - Nice-Riquier station (15 min walk) - the apartment also overlooks the Lympia Gallery, which, being a museum, does not pose any problem - no road nuisance
