Beautiful 2 BR home on Matagorda Bay

Watch the sun rise over the bay and the sunsets over the lakes - enjoying them both with the breezes from the gulf washing over you, and from inside screened in porches. Venture out to a 5 minute walk to the beach or with the binoculars for birding (400 species). We Dig It - Magnolia Beachfront Cottage

Bring the family or a group of fishing buddies to this great place with lots of room for fun and lots of amenities. This home has its own private beach (this is a shell beach, not like a gulf beach), immediately adjacent to Magnolia Beach Park. Only 200 yards from the boat ramp, this cozy cottage has amazing views of Matagorda Bay with a patio to enjoy the sunrise. Five miles down Magnolia Beach is Indianola Fishing Marina, which has a bar and restaurant with great food, and a fishing dock.

Indianola Waterfront Cabin with Lighted Pier

This is a fisherperson's, birding, and ocean lover's dream come true. The small waterfront cabin is on an elevated point overlooking beautiful Matagorda Bay and has its own private, lighted fishing pier. Redfish, Speckled Trout, Drum, crabs and other saltwater fish are abundant around the pier. Dolphins, birds and other sea creatures are everywhere. Ocean going ships navigate the ship channel. Salt air, ocean breezes, gentle waves and star filled nights are the ultimate stress reliever.

Drift away in Bayfront 2-bedroom Turquoise cottage

Please note: There are two properties on this lot-a turquoise one and a peach/coral one. This listing is for the TURQUOISE one with two bedrooms.
