The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. It has been newly furnished to have a modern feel, includes internet and cable, must see to appreciate! Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed/ full bath in the master room, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with shared full bath. Maximum occupancy-5 persons. Two story condo with rooms on the second floor with a beautiful balcony with partial views of the bay. Good for couples, solo adventurers, group of friends, and families (with kids).

The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. Let's build a sandcastle - that is what your hosts are famous for!

The Happy Heron-Oceanfront

This beautifully designed 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with picturesque views-of the Ocean & soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect beachfront experience for a couples getaway or family of 4. You forget the adult only hot tub is a building amenity when you’re only 10 feet away. The fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6 is the perfect space to gather. The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.

South Padre Paradise

Immaculate 1 bedroom condo overlooking the canal! This condo features a full bath, full kitchen, dining area, newer furniture, a king size bed, & a queen sofa bed. Walking distance to the beach, the turtle rescue, the bird sanctuary, & Clayton’s famous beach bar! There are fireworks every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day. You can fish right from the canal! You can even bring you boat or kayak. The condo is close to where you can view Space X’s launches.
