Its a 50m walk to the beach and lagoon of the Bushmans River in Kenton on Sea on the E Cape's sunshine coast, and a 5 min drive to the Kariga river lagoon and beach Its an hour's drive to the Addo elephant park and 15 mins to 2 big 5 reserves. The town has lots of restaurants, shops, medical and vet help The house has a comfortable deck, inside and outside dining spaces, and a large well equipped kitchen.

Eine Villa am Indischen Ozean, auf der Rückseite ein wunderschöner Golfplatz. Dort kann man nicht nur die Springböcke beobachten, sondern auch jede Menge Vögel hören, Schildkröten sehen. Von jedem Zimmer im Haus hat man Meerblick und mit etwas Glück sieht man die Wale vorbeiziehen, Delphine springen. Oder einfach nur das Meeresrauschen genießen.
