With two bathroooms, it is fully equipped for a long stay in the heart of Rovinj, just meters from Rovinj main square and the unique market place. We help our guests with free parking at cca 8 to 10 min walk away. Romantic setting with easy access to all points of interest - boats for islands depart from just below your windows.

Distance to the city center of Rovinj is 15 minutes walking and the first beach (Porton Biondi Beach) is 10 minutes walking (800 meters). The nearest food market is 5 mins walk. The Kaufland store and shopping center RETAIL PARK Rovinj is 650 meters away. At the end of the street a minute walk (60 meters) from the apartment there is free secured PARKING for your car. Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
