The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. KEY FEATURES - One bedroom – upstairs, with kingsize double and single bed, space for travel cot. - One shower room/toilet – downstairs. - Sleeps up to three, and infant. - Private outside terrace area with view, shared use of 1.5 acre secure meadow & gardens. - Dogs welcome, two maximum, small additional charge. - Young children welcome (but you may need to bring a stairgate for safety). - Smart TV (Netflix, iPlayer, Freesat etc). - Good-quality broadband/Wi-Fi (free). - Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge (freezer available if required), dishwasher. - Dining table for four, two leather sofas. - Washing machine (and use of dryer if required). - Underfloor heating (powered by eco-friendly air source heat pumps). - Wood burner, first basket of logs free. Warm and cosy, with full central heating, the lodge is an all year round destination for cyclists, walkers and nature enthusiasts. Uninterrupted views of the Wye Valley, where you can catch sight of birds of prey, including the beautiful red kites who can often be seen hovering over the fields on the farm.

Little hawthorns is situated on a small holding set within its own secluded area (with secure private parking). It has a private and secure garden with orchard providing peace and tranquility. It has fully equipped kitchen, a luxury double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a full size luxury sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 further adults/children. Utility area with washing machine and fast fibre internet. Welcome hamper is provided on arrival for guests that are staying 3 or more nights.

The Roost is a private, self contained, garden annexe apartment set in the grounds of Croft Cottage. It sleeps 3 (+1) which includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull out guest bed for a 4th person. It has a well equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave & fridge. The lounge has a double height vaulted ceiling with double doors leading out onto a private patio which catches the evening sun. Perfect for watching the runner ducks foraging in the garden.
