Not included:city tax,euro 2,50 for day for person(the guest must pay in cash when he shall go) and air conditioner,euro 10,00 for day(the guest must pay in cash only if the guest use) and parking place(euro 25/day)

Il giardino dispone di una vasca idromassaggio condivisa a forma di barca calda a marzo, aprile, settembre e ottobre. C'è un letto matrimoniale, cassaforte, aria condizionata, bagno privato, balcone vista mare e ingresso indipendente.

The house is accessible via around 135 stairs, that go up from the state street Via Guglielmo Marconi. Bus stop and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity.
