Fun Ocean Oasis: Pelican Place - Prime Daytona

Plenty of parking for a trailer for Bike Week! We are OPEN to accepting pets but please message before booking to discuss. The front yard has been completely re-landscaped with loads of upgrades! Fully stocked 1950's Bungalow, 75" TV with lots of streaming options, & most importantly 1 block from the beach in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. Walk out the front door and you're 100 yards from the waters edge and a 3 minute walk from your local Starbucks. It doesn't get any better than this.

Our condo on the 6th floor is direct oceanfront and situated on the 'worlds most famous beach'. Free wifi, free Can & US calls. We offer min 3 days ($300/night if less that full week) and weekly stays. Just south of Daytona and Daytona shores condo is situated on a 'no-drive' section, making it ideal for families with kids or for a romantic getaway. Situated on the 6th floor, the balcony views will truly impress you; nothing but white sandy beaches and blue water for as far as the eye can see.

Bring your boat, fishing gear, surf board, paddleboard and bicycle. There is no other property (waterfront/dock/pool/hot tub...) in Ponce that can compare! With immediate access to Ponce Inlet, Deepwater Dock, 9K lb Boat Lift (can be requested for long term guests)…..World Class fishing doesn't get any easier! Located at the southernmost tip of Ponce Inlet, our home, is one of only five waterfront homes on a beautiful protected cove overlooking Disappearing Island and its amazing sunsets.

Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The building was completely refurbished in 2021. Amenities include a heated pool, grilling area, covered parking and a beachfront deck with picnic tables and lounge chairs. Restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive away. There is plenty to do in Ponce Inlet from climbing Florida's tallest working lighthouse, visiting the lighthouse museum, the marine science center, fishing, surfing or just relaxing.
