I Monolocali situati al piano terra, hanno un grande ambiente con letto matrimoniale, divano-letto, tavolo con sedie, frigorifero, forno, piano cottura ad induzione e stoviglie. Il bagno privato con wc, bidet, box doccia e lavandino, ha l’accesso da un antibagno dove si trova un armadio. All’esterno, sotto il pergolato, si trova un tavolino con sedie. Ogni appartamento monolocale ha l’accesso dalla grande terrazza comune con un gazebo dal quale si ha una vista della campagna toscana.
