This Villa in the north of Mallorca, is surrounded by a lot of nature and is very spacious, its 200 m2 accommodates a max of 6 people & 2 kids (under 2 years old). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, flat screen TV, free Wifi, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, patio, garden and a beautiful private outdoor pool (10 m long X 5 m wide) in front of the villa. It has air conditioning and central heating inthe entire Villa. It has a free uncovered parking with capacity for 3 cars.

Can Pa cosy townhouse with pool Pollensa Mallorca

In a very quiet and silent street our cosy 3 double bedrooms and one studio our house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Lovely sunny patio with pool and a nice games room with log burner to enjoy it even during winter evenings. I am a mum of 4 so I care very much about your kids. You will find here: pushchair, cot, high chair, plastic crockery, gate for stair, beach games. Plus you will be covered by all my tips and love for this island! :) I hope to meet you soon!

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
