Incredible waterfront property with expansive views of Lake Livingston. Serene lake views can be seen from all three decks. Game room and plenty of water toys to enjoy. There is something for everyone; fishing, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, nights around the fire. Take a dip at the community pool. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the private boat dock. Relax in the peaceful and quite surroundings and make lasting memories. Located in a gated community. Community boat ramp available.

This home is surrounded by thick woods with NO neighbors next door. A large deck with rope lighting is ready for your enjoyment. Enjoy a recently remodeled cooks kitchen with granite,gas range and many extras. There are 3 mounted flat screens with high speed internet to stream. The office space is perfect for remote working during your stay.
