This adorable beach cottage was recently renovated. Only a 5 min walk to the beach or bay! Great side deck for relaxing and grilling out. Central Air! Nice condo. Per night rate for high season. Water park 2 blks - summertime. Ask for offseason rates. Balcony, one parking space - off street, central air, cable TV, full kitchen(microwave etc), washer/dryer and beach tags(4). Family friendly resort. For dates from April 1 thru June 30 renting guest must be 25 or older.
