Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We stayed for 5 days and they were excellent. It was spotlessly clean with very high quality furnishings and equipment. Really could not fault Kathy’s communication which was timely and effective. I’ve stayed in many Air BnBs and at times it takes the whole stay to read through house rules not in Kathy’s it’s more just enjoy your stay than don’t do this and that. Would highly recommend. If I was to pick fault it would be in the listing as Tide house is EVEN BETTER than the photos 😁😁😁

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

The house was perfect with plenty of space for the family. Great communication from Michelle. I had a few questions and everything was responded to with clear instructions. Lovely village feel to the immediate area.

One of the best places we've spent for relaxing. Jo's hospitality is first rate. Thoughtful, generous and yummy welcome pack. Stunning location. Everything you could think of for a cracking stay and then some. Looking forward to our next time around.

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

Our operatives enjoyed their stay at Andy's place, we extended our stay beyond the original term. Great host, great communication, would recommend.

Cottage exactly as described cosy, comfortable and very convenient for parking, shops and wonderful walks. Johanna provided excellent and very useful information re walking routes and good eating! Perfect location for keen walkers wanting level and safe walking routes!

We had a lovely stay at the caravan. The caravan was immaculate and spacious. The location was lovely, being very close to the water. We would absolutely return.

Caravan is comfy spacious and clean. Walking distance from the beach. A little bit muddy just outside when we went in March, but there is a mat and boot rack in place just inside the door. The caravan heated up really quickly.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

We had a lovely stay. Nice and spacious with everything we needed. Lots of seating when family came over. Alice was quick to respond when needed. The baby loved running up and down and seeing the chickens. Would love to come back in summer when the weathers better to explore more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Polly"s lovely cottage Chisholm's. Very well equipped and very cosy. Fabulous grounds and garden which is a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing area to chill out in. Great location, a very special place to stay. Thank you Polly

Everything was as described but i think re when the pool was opening could have been made clearer. Was not open at our stay opening 1st May 2025.

My family enjoyed our little weekend break in this accommodation. Home from home. Nice corner plot with a lovely hot tub which kiddies really enjoyed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gemma's for our anniversary. Beautiful area and it was just what we were hoping for. Very clean and tidy, and the Nespresso machine was a great touch in the morning! Would happily stay again. Thank you

really nice stay beautiful cottage and garden very close to the local area and pub and local public footpaths would suggest a very small TV only because there's Limited things to do of an evening and possibly the option to have an air fryer for more cooking if wanting to stay for a longer period of time

This was a multi purpose trip which included some R&R. The property met all our needs perfectly; it is spacious and really well equipped - beyond the usual. A real 'home from home'. Gorgeous garden. Lovely long weekend at Louie property very comfortable and dog friendly was a bonus! Bungalow was very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need plus lovely garden and seating area, close to all amenities and lovely dog walks, Louie was available at all times and full of great recommendations for restaurants etc will definitely be back!

Quite simply the best Air b&b we have ever stayed in. I have OCD and I am very picky about staying in clean places, but my goodness this place is spotless! It feels like your own home, it’s so comfortable. It’s modern and finished to a very high standard, with everything you can think off. I would 100% stay here again. The area is excellent for getting around Suffolk and felt safe. Communication was easy and quick. I wish all Air b&b owners got it this right. Well done Neil!

Fab place to stop the night. Clean, well equiped with beautiful surroundings. Andrew is a kind, friendly host. Thank you for having us 😇 For bikers: We arrived on bikes and tucked them in next to a tall bush - they were safe overnight and great spot to explore Epping forest.
