Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartment is located in the town of Podstrana by the sea. Apartment is 9 kilometers from center of the town Split, and 25 kilometers of airport. Apartman has a full capacity of 6 people. It has a fully equiped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, two bedrooms, of which one is an on-suite with king size bed and a balcony and a seaview. The unit also comes with air condition, TV , free wi-fi, free parking lot for guests. The apartment is situated 100 meters from supermarket, two restaurants and 50 meters from the bus station.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Vila Four Brother - Luxury Penthouse Suite Jacuzzi

Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

Villa Fortuna is a brand new holiday home with swimming pool and big spacious terrace, overlooking Adriatic see and Dalmatian islands. The space for the guest is located on a first floor which includes a private swimming pool, big spacious terrace with lounge area, garden with dining/grill area is available exclusively for guests. The property landlord lives on site at ground floor apartment, with separate entrance. We are family of 4 and will be at your disposal during your stay.

Holiday house near Split surrounded by olive trees and nature. On a big terrace you can spend time relaxing and drinking your favorite drink with your family or friends. The house is up a steep hill which means you don't have near access to the stores or a beach without a car, but it makes up for it with an outdoor pool and a wonderful view to nearby islands and cities.
