New, modern and cozy apartment consists of an air-conditioned living room and kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet and terrace. Apartment is situated in Podstrana, a popular residential and tourism vacation area with 3 kilometer stretch of beaches, hotels, houses and fantastic nature surrounded by the sea and mountains. If you are looking for a place near the beach, near the world heritage sites in Split, but enough far away from urban noise, you have come to the right place.

Apartman Summer

Apartment is situated in Podstrana, small seaside city of Split ,only 200 m far from the sea. In our beautiful Podstrana you have anything you need to have a great holiday(beaches,restaurants, bars,pizzerias,cafes,bakery,markets,fast food,pharmacy). The nearest marina is a 5 min. walk from the apartment. Also along the beach within 5 min. walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino where you can also enjoy a cup of espresso or drink an cocktail or just get an ice cream.

Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt finden Sie die Bushaltestelle, von der aus Sie in nur in ca. 20 Minuten die Altstadt von Split (7, 9 Km) erreichen können. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie in unserem Studio-Apartment willkommen zu heißen und stehen Ihnen für eventuelle Fragen gerne zur Verfügung.

The spacious room that can fit 2 is a perfect getaway accomodation for couples. Located seconds away from the beach and surrounded with stunning views, this setting assures for a perfect stay in Podstrana. The friendly hosts are more than welcoming to any guests. The room also features covered outside sitting areas, perfect for a meal. The room is equiped with air conditioning. For beach relaxation we offer lounge chairs and parasols. NB: this unit doesn't have a kitchen!

One of our three newly designed apartments. Suite with aprox. 55m2, spacious bedroom, living room & full kitchen. Pool is 10x3m, bbq outside, parking, quiet area. Beach 10min walk. Split center 10min by car. Ideal place for young families & couples. Table tennis in the garden. My parents live on the premises over summer & can be as present or absent as you choose. If you need anything they are always happy to help.

In a small tourist place Podstrana near Split there is a beautiful apartment.Located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful pebble beach, port Strožanac, promenade, river Žrnovnica and hotel Lav. living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining room. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and islands. Parking is provided and free. The apartment is 15 minutes away by car from Split and Omis.

The historical center of Split is 9km away and can be reached by car (10min.) or bus (20min.). The apartment is located on the 1st floor, is very spacious and offers a large garden with barbecue which can be used. Free parking is available in front of the house.
