Apartment EM Stobrec Split Croatia

Split, situated on the most indented part of the Adriatic coast, is the most beautiful town in the world according to all of those who experienced its unique charm. City is filled with cultural and historical landmarks that live today in the unique symbiosis of tradition and modernity. This apartment is situated within administrative borders of the east part of city of Split, in city district Stobrec. The large sand beach, many sunbathing plateau, the clear and blue sea and the quality of domestic food make Stobrec a beautiful summer resort. We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. This lovely 38 m2 apartment, in a newly furnished family house, is composed of: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. In front of the Apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a barbecue in the garden where you can enjoy your holiday. Parking place for your car in shade. No hidden prices (blankets, sheets, towels are provided and internet, air condition, tourist tax are included in the price). Welcome to Stobrec Split Riviera Croatia! P.S. Ideally placed for holiday in town

The apartment is located in an old, elite, quiet part of town, along the beaches. It’s situated a twenty-minute walk from the port, city center and Diocletian’s palace. It is close to well-known restaurants, tennis courts, marina and promenade along It's renovated and has good heating and parking space. It is a fully serviced apartment , air-conditioning, WiFi Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD television. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bedding, and all cleaning products.

Apartment Lara 2 Exclusive Centre

The apartment is situated in a quiet, attractive residential area of Split. It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

The apartment overlooks Mall of Split shopping center and is located just 800m away from City Center One shopping mall. The nearest beach Znjan is just a 5 min car ride away.The bus station is located 150m from the apartment .The apartment has a free WIFI and an access to an underground garage with an assigned parking spot. Lovely place by the beach, enjoy splendid break

Cozy studio with a stunning sea view with shared terrace. Located by the beach, just 2 km from Trogir, this small but fully equipped studio is a great base for your vacation in central Dalmatia. A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

Enjoy the elegant decoration of this accommodation in the city center. Close to the most popular sandy beach Bačvice. All necessary facilities are within walking distance. Enjoy the beautiful sea, island and city view! The apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator. You'll have to climb to the fifth floor, but the amazing view will be Your reward.
