Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a family holiday our “ Studio in Paradise” apartment can address your needs… This is a 30 metre square studio apartment consisting of one bedroom (one double), full bathroom, a furnished kitchen, with large pull-out sofa, and a terrace with an amazing sea view. The apartment is tastefully decorated and comes with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The terrace is shared with our Romantic Beach Getaway Apartment and provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and cafés offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with its own hot water tank. The unit is located on the first floor with easy in and out access and provides spectacular views of the sea! Enjoy some of the sights, food, tradition and heritage of this great city! If a car is not your means of transportation then you can utilize the bus stop just across the street from our apartment. Buses run every half an hour and will take you to the very center of Split or other place along the coast like Omis, Makarska or Dubrovnik. The apartment is away from the crowds and the bustling area of Split but very easy access to this great city! We are located in a great spot serving you for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area’s along the coast. On our grounds we have a grassy area where you could sit on a blanket and have a picnic or use our traditional Dalmatian style grill to prepare your meals enjoying the taste of traditional Croatia. We provide beach lounge chairs, that will allow you the relaxation and comfort on the beach for sunbathing or for an evening sunset at the edge of the sea. We also have parasols to enjoy the beach and keep the sun away. Complete disinfection of the apartment and privacy guaranteed. Apartment has a separate entrance. In my family house I only rent this apartment. Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

Luxury apartment Four Star is located just a few steps from the clear blue Adriatic sea. On the premises of the apartment is a free private parking for our guests. Furthermore, apartment is newly decorated and has free WiFi, WiFi Loud Speaker, Plasma TV, Air Conditioning and a Hot Tub. Apartment is not far from the beautiful town Split and along our shore there is a beautiful promenade stretching 9 kilometers along the coast. Villa Four Brothers No.2 Middle Floor

Apartment No.2 is located on the first floor and it have 70m2. It consists of two large bedrooms with nightstands and a TV, and on the right side are one bathroom and one toilet. The beautiful kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The spacious living room consists of comfortable couches and large screen TV. From the living room you come out to a balcony with a beautiful sea view. All rooms have air conditioning.
