Our space offers a super king bed (or two singles) a beautiful step-free en-suite, cloak room, sitting room, and fully equipped kitchen. The sofas can be easily converted to single beds if required. Private gated parking. Just a few steps from the Duke of Wellington pub, For the Love of Wine bar, and shop. 20 mins walk from Stanwick Lakes, 10 mins drive from Rushden Lakes shopping centre.

Located in a peaceful Northamptonshire village, Spinney Loft provides a calm and tranquil setting. Well equipped one bedroom apartment located above our garage/old stables. The lounge area is spacious with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and desk. Fully equipped kitchen; electric hob, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine and integrated dryer. The bedroom has a super king size bed which can be separated as twins. Spacious shower room, towels are provided.

Close to Woburn Abbey (20 mins) Snowdome (15 mins) Bletchley Park (20 mins) and within easy reach of 30 minute trains into London.

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A modern annex, situated in a quiet residential location with a separate entrance. Parking on the drive for one car, free parking on the road. Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

The property includes TV's in 2 bedrooms and the front room which include Freeview TV and TV Apps, as well as fast fibre Virgin broadband. There is a free to use POD electric car charger on the driveway.

The annexe is suited to one or two people, and provides a great base to explore the local area with walks, cycling, golf and the River Great Ouse for paddle boarding, canoeing and open water swimming. Ideally situated for day trips to Cambridge, or London. Bedford mainline train station is 15 minutes away.

The Lux Vantage SA is a Spacious open-plan annexe with independent access. The annexe space is not shared, so guests will have full privacy. Guests will benefit from self-check-in with a private entrance and parking for one car. Please Park in front of the garage. An electric charger is available for an extra fee.
