Fresh renovations!! Stylish and Comfortable Apartment with Character. This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Our space has many hand painted accents that were done by my Wife who studied art in St. Petersburg, Russia. We hope you will love and enjoy this cute space .

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

The Luxe Loft

The Luxe Loft is a private, newly built, 750 square foot loft space at the top floor of a spacious shop with an open floor plan. It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.

This cozy studio apartment, with private entrance, is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to the interstate and within walking to distance of university and hospital. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. This Idaho themed room is perfect for any length of stay. We live upstairs and are easily available for any questions or concerns. This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed.
