Beach Cottage, without going over bridges to Cape!

Deeply sanitized, all handles Clorox wiped and cleaned thoroughly for all guests. This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.

Steps to Private Beach!!

No need to worry about parking fees as this 2 bedrm, one bath unit is directly across the street from a private beach, as well as Covell and Craigville! Quick drive to dining and shopping on Hyannis Main St. and Osterville, and ferries to the islands. Private (not shared) yard with grill, picnic table, fire pit, and outdoor shower. This is one half of a duplex. Message me for information on renting both units at the same time (they sleep 9 total). Linens and bath towels are provided.

Cute cottage steps to beach!

Relax & enjoy this beachside cottage just steps away from a private, sandy beach. This two bedroom cottage is an amazing location in the heart of Popponesset. Grill out on the private deck or stroll to the Marketplace for dinner and ice cream. Additional front deck and Juliet balcony with ocean views for relaxing and sipping drinks. Golf, restaurants, and other Cape summertime activities all close by. Note: construction across the street is planned for the spring and summer of 2025

Sand Hills Barker Tavern RiverClub lighthouse -

Walking distance to sand hills beach - super close to BARKER TAVERN! One mile from center of town with restaurants and shops. Nearby basketball court. Grassy backyard . New furnishings new full bath and new mattresses. Freshly painted well maintained by owner bedrooms are upstairs. There is only one full bath upstairs Totally redone 2024. Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!

Spacious house steps to Craigville beach! Dog ok!

Welcome to our Craigville retreat, close walk (0.3 mi) to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. We are close to other beaches, ferry to Islands, food, hiking/kayaking/biking, Melody tent. You’ll love it because of the location and lots of natural light. If you want to stay in-enjoy private fenced backyard w/ fire pit, porch furniture and a hammock. Stocked with all you need to relax.
