This family-size, fully-enclosed suite with a separate entrance from the host's attached house offers all the comforts of home within 15 min. of Minocqua, Rhinelander, and premier outdoor experiences- hiking, biking, fishing, boating. Inside find bright spaces, full log beams, and a hobbiton feel; open concept living area with fully stocked kitchen, table, bunk beds, large couch, TV and Wi-Fi; bedroom with queen bed and stowed air mattress; full bath; play room. The entire suite space is yours.

The #5 Snowmobile/ATV trail runs across the front of the property along Hwy 51 and we are surrounded by many area lakes and the Northern Highland State Forest.

We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.

Includes use of a row boat, canoe and two kayaks, boat motor available-extra charge. Rustic cabin feel with pristine views, a fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Centrally located between Minocqua and Boulder Junction. Room Tax is now being collected directly thru Airbnb at 6.75% and remitted to the Town of Boulder Junction.
