We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Tastefully furnished, comfortable, spacious and light-filled apartment in a quiet, charming hillside neighborhood, with plentiful amenities and reserved parking in front. The apartment has newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, and is equipped with Wi-Fi, A/C and heating, cable TV, Bluetooth speaker, washer and dryer, comfy mattresses and pillows, cotton bedding, luxury toiletries and more.

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.

Arriving by car must be announced. The apartment comrises 50 sq meters and consists of one double bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa as a spare bed for two persons, bathroom and two balconies with a wonderful view of the Old city. Lots of stairs could be a challenge. Free parking space.
